2) We sell USED items mostly. So fussy moms/buyers ask all questions by sms/email us before you place orders
3) For those electronic functional items, we will test it before advertising and test it before we post it. So please do TEST IT IMMEDIATELY upon receiving the item and we do expect customers to contact us within 2 days if there are any problem with the item.
4)Please be reminded again that these are USED items or Barangan Terpakai so do expect some used marks on the purchases you made. I cant be liable for any damage due to mishandling during delivery. Items are double-checked for defects, and if there are any, it will be mentioned beforehand.
5)Please ask all the possible questions before u pay and please be reminded that all sales are final and not returnable or refundable.
6)Delivery will be made 1-3 working days after payment received. Do inform us if you need to use the item urgently so we will manage to post the item earlier.
7)Postage cost is based on wieght and location. Customers within Klang Valley also can self-pick the item at our place(boutique) in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur.
